1. How can I request and item which are not listed on your stock?

We accept your request for not available stock and contact you once available. Please subscribe us at the bottom "Be in the know" or post your review comments. We greatly care your comments.

2. Do you give any warranty for the products?

We provide warranty for the product that comes with maker. If you need additional warranty, we can help to arrange that with additional cost. Please take note that, warranty for used item is very limited and as mention on the product.

3. How long it will take to deliver?

Delivery depends on your location in Japan and order time. Please find details on our delivery policy.

4. What does delivery pickup means?

Delivery pickup is the service to collect your order from our store. Also we deliver the order at your home that nearest to our store. Please call us to know our availability.

5. How can I find your store location?

Please visit the pages that well described our store and direction to reach from the nearest station.

 

6. Do I need to be registered before make an order?

No, you can check-out as guest. But for delivery, we need your phone or email as identification and address to deliver your order.

2. Can I cancel my order after payment?

We do not accept cancel order after payment.

3. Can I send payment through bank transfer?
